Can I book without a credit card?
No, we’d need a valid credit/debit card in order to secure the booking.
How can I make a group booking?

Can I be sure that all my friends will stay in the same dorm?
You can only be 100% sure that everyone stays in the same dorm if you book a private dormitory on our website.
We will try our absolute best to accommodate everyone in the same dorm if you booked individual beds, however we can’t guarantee this.
Can under 18s stay in the hostel?
We don’t allow anyone under the age of 18 to stay in a shared dorm. If you are under 18, you’ll need to stay in a private room and be accompanied by an adult.
Is breakfast available?
Yes, we have a great breakfast offering available in all our hostels. Please check the property page of the hostel where you will be staying for the full offering.
Do you have free wifi?
Yes, we have free high-speed WiFi available throughout the hostel.
Do CoDE Pod Hostels supply bed linen and towels?
Yes, the beds will be made when you arrive.
All our private twin and double rooms come with towels. You can rent a towel from reception for a small charge.
Do you have a guest kitchen?
Yes, we have a guest kitchen available in all our hostels. Please ask us at reception where you can find this in your hostel.
Do you have female dormitories?
Yes, we have female only dormitories available in all our properties. Please have a look at our booking page if they are available in your destination.
Do you have a luggage room?
We have individual lockers for each pod in the rooms, along with coat hooks in the bedrooms and inside the pods. We also have a free to use secured luggage cabinet to safely store your luggage before check-in. We can store luggage after check-out but please note space is limited.
Are hair dryers available?
The female rooms all have hairdryers available in the rooms. We have hairdryers available at the reception which require a small deposit.
Do you have laundry facilities?
Laundry facilities are available in most of our properties. Please check the details on each hostel page.
Do you serve lunch and dinner?
Please have a look at our to see whether the hostel you are staying in offers lunch and dinner. You’d be able to pre-book your lunch and dinner if it’s available in your hostel.
What are pods?
Pods are our signature beds. They offer all the privacy you’d expect from a private room, they come with a mood light, reading light, power sockets, USB-chargers, a shelf, hooks and a curtain.
Do you accept pets?
For the comfort of our guests, we do not accept pets. Guide dogs are welcome, please notify reception beforehand so we can allocate you to the best room. You can find phone numbers and email addresses from our properties in our contact page.
What time is check in and check out?
Check in is from 15:00 on the date of arrival. If the room is ready when you arrive before 15:00 we will check you in right away.
Check out is any time up to 11:00 on the date of departure.
I’m arriving late, will reception be open?
Our reception is open every day, 365 days per year. Most of our properties have a 24-hour reception.
Our only property with limited reception hours is CoDE Pod Hostels – THE LoFT. The reception here closes at 20:00. If you are due to arrive after 8.00pm, then please contact us by email to arrange a late check-in.
Can I smoke in my room?
No, but there is a smoking area outside reception with a dedicated smoking bin.
How do I get from the airport/train/bus station to the hostel?
Please have a look at the property page of your hostel to find the directions.
Do you only have single beds?
All our properties have double and twin rooms available.
Can I invite people who aren’t staying in the hostel?
Yes, you can but they will only be allowed to stay in the communal areas.
Can I bring my own food and drinks into the hostel?
Yes, you can bring your own food and drinks into the hostel. You can’t bring any food and drinks (besides water) into the dorm and private rooms.
